Perhaps the most advanced city in human history, the simulated earth-sky radiates down onto the bustling city of Pandora as its inhabitants live surprisingly normal lives. You can find virtually anything in Pandora City that you would on any major city on earth: clubs, malls, specialty stores; you name it, it's here. Throughout the city are frequent patches of greenery and trees, and in some cases the plant life is purposefully integrated to grow along the outsides of portions of the towering buildings in the city. The function of these trees is to provide immediate oxygen circulation to the city, but the aesthetic effect is a strange synthetic naturalism. Between the artificial sky, the sculpted greenery, and the controlled weather cycles, Pandora City is practically perfectly maintained by ARES. Recently, however, a previously non-existent crime rate has begun to rise as various people have reported anything from armed robbery and assault to paranormal creatures and superhumans.
